Birding Club „Aves Lituania“

Lithuania's Movement "For Nature" announces the establishment of afilliated birding club "Aves Lituania" which welcomes both lithuanian and foreign nationals.

The goal of our club is to spread environmental knowledge by the means of the most popular hobby - birding. Here in Lithuania it is far less popular than in the traditional birding countries, but it certainly has the potential to expand. For our lithuanian members we will provide the new possibilities to learn and to visit our countries birding hot-spots. Later we will venture further afield to neighbouring countries. Later still, our goals will be really exotic spots on the World's map.

To our foreign members we will arrange good birding here in Lithuania, which is, of course, our home patch. Currently the membership is free.
